Order free promotional material

Seize the opportunity offered by Québec Tobacco-Free Week to organize inspiring activities in your community that will reassert your wish to achieve a smoke-free world.

Below are some suggestions for inspiring activities that will help encourage the people who work for your company or organization not to smoke.

Order "With love from me: a smoke-free world!" posters

Display your posters in busy locations and ask your staff to add personal adhesive (Post-it) notes on the same topic, to congratulate or encourage their co-workers.

Order leaflets displaying the campaign slogan and distribute them with pay cheques or in some other way.

Send an e-mail to all your employees on January 18, 2010, to mark the beginning of Quebec Tobacco-Free Week.  Encourage your employees to take part in the campaign by selecting one of the activities proposed on this website.  You will find sample e-mail messages here.

Post an animated campaign promotional banner and put it on your website or Intranet homepage by downloading it here.

Publish an article on Quebec Tobacco-Free Week in your company or organization newsletter.  Sample articles can be found here.

Organize a “health day”.  For example, you could invite a speaker to help raise staff awareness on a topic related to smoking.

Prepare a booth where your staff can obtain campaign leaflets and information on the resources available to help them quit smoking.

Invite your staff to help create a collective mural composed entirely of adhesive (Post-it) notes, in the cafeteria, conference room or lobby.

Promotional materials are available in Quebec only.
